Before Booking Braids

Deposit Required prior to booking
Please follow these instructions before booking.
Your appointment is subject to being canceled if you are not properly prepared.

The client’s hair must be four (4) inches or longer to receive ANY braiding service.

A wash and blow out is not included with our braiding services. Please come to your appointment with your hair properly washed and blown out or book the Wash & Blow Out Combo with your braided service.

Hair is NOT included. Pre-stretched braiding hair is required for most braiding services. Please view the service on our booking site to get the recommended hair four to six packs of hair needed for most styles. Consult with your braider.
Cancellation

Please give us a 72 hours notice cancellation if you have changed your mind. Cancellation made within less than 24 hours notice will be considered a no show.
CHILDREN

To ensure the safety of young clients (16 years and under), we require that an adult presence.
DEPOSIT

At this time, we require a 50% deposit to complete booking an appointment. This will help minimize no shows and prevent clients for missing a braiding sessions

Please let us know before leaving the salon your dissatisfaction. We take out work very seriously and apply myself when braiding.

Our one on one session allows for ample time to check hairstyle before leaving.

It is against Federal law to re-sell used hair
Shipping

If you mistakenly entered incorrect mailing address, you will need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out.

Any order due to customer adding incorrect address will not be refund or mailed back out without customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.
